About Wedding Day Planner
What it does. Start with your ceremony time. Wedding Day Planner counts backward to the first hair-and-makeup chair and forward to the send-off, then splits the day into sheets for the photographer, the DJ or MC, the bridal party and the venue. A seating chart maker and an emergency-kit checklist sit alongside it.
Where the times come from. No outside study is behind the timeline. It runs on one written set of planning allowances. Examples: guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony; family formals take 20 minutes for the first five groupings and 5 minutes for every five more; dinner service starts at 60 minutes and grows with guest count. Each allowance appears in the "Why these times?" panel next to your timeline, and you can override any of them. Treat the result as a first draft to check with your vendors and venue. It isn't a schedule they've agreed to.
Privacy. Names, guest lists and plans stay in your browser. We only count anonymous page events.
Who we are. Wedding Day Planner is built and looked after by a small team. We'd rather hand couples a clear, editable plan than another checklist to fill in by hand. If a time looks wrong for the kind of day you're planning, tell us what you'd expect and why: support@weddingdayplanner.site. That kind of note is how the allowances get better.
The $7 Vendor PDF Set isn't on sale yet. Nothing is charged.
