Use the planner and print what you make for your own wedding.

Suggestions, not instructions

• Times, durations and buffers are suggestions based on typical weddings. Check every time with your photographer, DJ, caterer, hair and makeup artists, officiant and venue before you rely on it.
• We are not a wedding planner or a vendor and we do not book or supervise anyone. Venue rules, permits, noise limits and curfews are yours to confirm.

Paid set

The Vendor PDF Set is a planned one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. It is not on sale yet. Reserving it with your email does not create a charge. Payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor; we will not see or store card numbers. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but a timeline may not match your day.
