Refund policy

Nothing is charged today, so there is nothing to refund. Checkout for the Vendor PDF Set is not open yet.

When checkout opens

If the Vendor PDF Set does not work for you, you will be able to ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask

1. Write to us from the email address you used at checkout: email support@weddingdayplanner.site.
2. Mention the plan and roughly when you bought it. A reason helps us improve but is not required.
3. We reply within a few business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
